Daily Performance Report: The system generates the Daily Performance Report, which some agencies call DAS or DAR with a click of key thereby saving hours of data entry and reconciliation manually into MS Excel. As soon as the payment entry is done, the DPR is ready for posting.

Sales Comm. Biz Report : This is the daily salesperson Commissionable and non-Commissionable report, compiled in real time and available whenever required on Capped and Non-Capped basis.

The system has a real pay back which will recoup your investment in a short period. It will offload many aspects of the collection agency, which will typically require the agency to hire staff. It is a big time saver for accounting - since all the issues for remit, invoicing and commissions are handled automatically. Only one journal entry per day has to flow to your accounting system (quick books or other similar packages).

The system eliminates the use of third party contact management software like ACT2000, Outlook since it has a built in Sales Engine. Which saves money as well. However the biggest advantage is that everything is in the system so nothing has to be entered into the system as leads progress from a Cold Calls to Prospects to becoming a Client.
